I find by planning my meals in advance and doing a weekly food shop it not only helps save time and money but also keeps me organised. I am totally flexible and move meals around, but for me knowing I have everything I need reduces stress. I cannot stand having to go into the supermarket everyday and wander about with a whinging toddler what to cook for dinner. I also love meals that can be made in advance for days that the children have extra curricular activities. So here is the plan for this week with the links below to the recipes.

Sun: Roast Pork and all the trimmings.
