Here's what you need to know and how to order:

  • Choose your size and then leave a comment on your purchase of any specific style preferences and we will do our best to choose items that will love and make you feel beautiful everyday!
  • All items will be from the previous Winter/Spring/Summer collections 
  • New Arrivals are excluded from the Mystery Bag sales
  • All sales are final on Mystery Bags as this is a sales promotion. 

 


Shipping

All parcels within Australia are sent using either Australia Post or Fastway. We offer a flat rate of $7.95 on all orders and free shipping on all orders over $99. If you would like your parcel to arrive faster then please upgrade to the express delivery option at checkout. Express post is $13. 

Please allow 3-5 days for delivery within Australia. SA, WA or remote areas may take a little longer. You will be able to track your order with the tracking number that will be emailed to you once you order has been dispatched with the postal service chosen. 

International delivery to New Zealand is a flat rate of $15 and all parcels are sent with Australia Post. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. 

I Choose Me cannot be held liable for postage delays, lost of damaged goods that might occur by postage couriers or any person(s) that handle goods once they leave our premises.

 

Returns

If you order an item you later wish to return please send it back to I Choose Me P.O.Box 459, Belrose West NSW 2086 within 14 days to receive a full refund. If you return your items outside of this time frame you will receive a credit note to use and it will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Sale items will only receive a credit note. If you wish to exchange an item due to the wrong size please return it and a new size will be posted to you. Postage is the responsibility of the customer. Even though we strive to ensure all items are of the perfect condition if for any reason you receive an item that is faulty please contact us as soon as possible with an image of the fault to organise a replacement. 

Mystery Bag Sales are final - no exchanges or refunds unless an item is faulty.
